As a Customer Support Engineer role, we're seeking an individual who embodies technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and a customer-centric approach. Do you have experience diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues? We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in these areas, coupled with a track record of delivering exceptional customer support experiences. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues

  • Cultivating good relationships with customers and understanding their business processes

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement


Qualifications
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role

  • Adaptability to a fast-changing environment

  • Organized and multi-tasked capacity

  • Professional level of English

  • Proficiency in Python

  • Familiarity with Cloud Services (GCP is a plus)


Preferred:

  • Experience with GitLab

  • Knowledge of Terraform

  • Experience with SQL
